Students’ Perception Toward the Efl Lecturer’s Code-Switching in PGSD’S English Classroom

Primary school is the foundation of formal schooling which can affect aftermath. This study analyses perception teacher education or PGSD student toward code-switching made by EFL lecturers in English classrooms and benefits for them learning English. using a mixed-method, eligible participant received questionnaire semi-structured interview protocols were carried out Indonesian language. The data from was analyzed Likert scale thematic analysis. findings showed that first, students have positive done lecturer classroom; second, get classroom are increase level vocabulary capacity mastery, help understanding lessons, learn language better, course assignments, improves speaking skill, listening skill. As conclusion, used teaching had given great impact on most Code-switching.
